At the heart of Universal Guys is the vision of founder Alex Dalakian—a builder, craftsman, and family man with a deep passion for creating spaces that feel like home. From day one, Alex set out to build more than just a remodeling company; he set out to create a team defined by integrity, precision, and genuine care for each client.
Before launching Universal Guys in 2015, Alex spent years earning trust across the Pacific Northwest as a skilled handyman. Long before that, he worked side-by-side with his family, learning plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and everything in between—laying the groundwork for the well-rounded expertise that defines our company today.
Alex’s love for his craft and his community continues to guide every project we take on. His story is our foundation—and your home is our next chapter.
